Mr. Milch received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and is a graduate of New York Law School, where he was a member of the New York Law School Journal of Human Rights. Mr. Milch is admitted to practice in all courts of the State of New York, in addition to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

During the first years of his legal career, Mr. Milch represented private clients in connection with all aspects of significant personal injury litigation, including hundreds of New York City firefighters who had sustained line-of-duty injuries.
 
Mr. Milch has authored more than forty appellate briefs in the areas of general negligence, medical malpractice, products liability, construction cases, and firefighters' litigation. His practice now includes complex litigation and arbitration in a variety of substantive areas, as well as daily management of the firm. Mr. Milch also serves as the principal researcher and writer for the firm, and is the "go to" person for many of the firm's substantive, complex writing projects and appeals.  Mr. Milch is assisted by Argentina Pena in management and administrative duties.
