At Shandell, Blitz, Blitz, & Ashley, we have consistently resisted the opportunity to increase our law firm’s size. Instead, we have chosen to retain our small office, providing a more personal approach. We get to know our clients, working to protect their safety and security through cutting-edge lawsuits and thoroughly prepared claims. Even though we are small, our firm reaches throughout New York State, serving people in the five boroughs of New York, nearby counties such as Orange and Putnam, and distant cities like Rochester and Buffalo.

If you cannot come to our office due to your injuries, we will visit you at home or in the hospital. Our telephone is answered 24 hours a day, providing emergency service. We operate on a contingency fee basis; we do not get paid unless you do. We offer a free initial consultation to learn about your case.
